Terms & Conditions – RateMySetup Last updated: 2026-02-23 By using the RateMySetup application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. User Content & Ownership When you upload images, text, links, or any other content (“User Content”), you confirm that: • You own the rights to the content or have permission from the rights holder. • Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. RateMySetup does not claim ownership of User Content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the App. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. 2. Acceptable Use (Community Rules) You agree not to upload or share content that is: • Harassing, abusive, or threatening • Hate speech or discriminatory • Sexually explicit or pornographic • Illegal or infringing on others’ rights • Spam, scams, or malicious content 3. Moderation & Enforcement We may: • Remove content that violates policies • Restrict or suspend accounts • Review user reports and moderation actions Users can report content directly inside the App. 4. Child Safety Standards RateMySetup strictly prohibits: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) • Sexual exploitation of minors We actively moderate and review reports. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. 6. Account Deletion & Data Removal Users can request account deletion and associated data removal by: • Contacting info@rmsetup.com • Or using any in-app deletion tools (if available) When an account is deleted: • Profile data and personal identifiers are removed. • Public content may remain anonymized if required for platform integrity or moderation records. • Backup data may remain temporarily for security and legal purposes but will be automatically removed within a reasonable period. 7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability The App is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for: • User-generated content • Data loss • Indirect damages from use of the App 8. How We Use Data • Account management • Community features • Moderation and safety • Security and reliability 4. Service Providers (Supabase) We use Supabase for: • Authentication • Database storage • File storage Data is processed within Supabase infrastructure to operate the App. 5. Data Sharing We do NOT sell personal data. Data may be shared only: • With Supabase (service provider) • If required by law • For moderation or safety investigations 6. Public Content Content you upload may be visible to other users. 7. Data Retention Data is stored as long as necessary to operate the service. Deleted accounts will have associated personal data removed within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons. 8.
